I studied abroad to grow as an individual and a leader. I was in need of a break from my daily routine in Raleigh, and had always wanted to go abroad.

I knew this program would set me apart in the professional world, and would get me comfortable with being uncomfortable. The amount of locations included was incredibly appealing, as I knew I would get a lot of exposure to different cultures and cities in a short amount of time without having to plan packed weekend trips.

With a dual degree in Communication and Spanish, I know it would be possible to work and live in another country. I approached studying abroad hoping it would help me see if this was something I could really do one day.
